Once your appointment is booked we will send you two important forms that must be completed before you can receive any treatments. Complete the client health screening and waiver forms either online or in our office.
When you arrive for your appointment our Registered Nurse will review your history and complete a brief physical assessment. You will also meet with a physician via telehealth on an iPad.
In collaboration with you, our nurse and physician will generate a custom treatment plan to help you reach your goals
Relax in our lounge with coffee or tea, a plush blanket and heated eye mask while our nurse administers your IV
From a wide range of IV Hydration drips and add-ons to intramuscular injections, we’ll have you feeling revitalized and new in no time!
